Learn how to make Delicious and Delectable 'Dark Chocolate Cupcake' with our chef Varun Inamdar.<br /><br />This Halloween make this special 'Spooky Cupcakes' or 'Dark Chocolate Cupcake' for Kids and let us know about your views in the comment section below.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />(Serves 3)<br />- 80 gms Butter(salted)<br />- 200 gms Brown Sugar<br />- 2 Eggs<br />- 150 gms Refined Flour<br />- 5 gms Baking Soda<br />- 40 gms Cocoa Powder<br />- 200 ml Milk(cold)<br /><br />Ingredients for Chocolate Ganache:<br />- 300 gms dark Chocolate<br />- 90 ml Milk <br /><br />Method:<br />1. Take salted butter in a big bowl and add brown sugar, eggs <br />2. Mix it and strain refined flour, baking soda, cocoa powder and add it to the bowl<br />3. Mix it all; add cold milk and mix it again to make a batter<br />4. Add these batter to the cupcake mold<br />5. Now, bake these cupcakes in the oven for 12 minutes on 200-degree Celcius<br />6. Take dark chocolate and cut it into fine pieces <br />7. Heat a pan and add milk to it <br />8. Now, add this hot milk over the finely chopped chocolate pieces<br />9. Bring both the mixture together with a spoon and make it lump free chocolate ganache<br />10. Now, over a plastic sheet add the melted chocolate and spread it across the sheet<br />11. When the chocolate sets on the sheet, give it bats wing shape and keep it in the refrigerator<br />12. Now, add chocolate ganache in a piping bag and pipe the cupcakes<br />13. Take out the chocolate bat wings from the refrigerator and poke it into the ganache, giving it a bat-like shape
